Everything was amazing and Brian was great, however when we went to pick up our mattress in Joplin it was not there and we asked "Will it be here later today for sure?" and we had been told absolutely yes... well no it was not there do to the vendor not being reliable so we spent a night on the sofa and awaited the next day and then there was a slight hickup with having our order switched with someone else but it was because we had simular names as another customer but usa mattress was did great it is just the vendor that was unsatisfactory

Edit: After using this bed I love it! I've had no issues with it and it feels much better than my last bed. I can't believe I got such a good bed at this price- it's even better than the flea market and surplus warehouse prices!

We went in looking for a mattress in Joplin that could possibly help my neck. I had previously broke it twice and was unable to sleep on the past 3 mattresses we had purchased which left me in a recliner for 3 year's. We explained this all to the owner and he set us up with a perfect mattress that I can now sleep on and finally am getting a good night's sleep. Thank you all so much.
